Summary of Position: 
Offer full support to restaurant servers and bartenders in order to maintain the highest possible guest experience. <li>Communicate with server and host to assure efficient seating, table utilization and guest service.</li>
<li>Clear tables after guests depart.</li>
<li>Thank guests as they are leaving.</li>
<li>Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.</li>

Summary: 
The AGM will be responsible for managing and leading daily operations of Ava MediterrAegan. In the absence of the General Manager, the AGM will act as interim GM. This hands-on management position requires no less than 55-60 hours of work per week. Three to five years of experience in a senior management role are required. Experience with restaurant openings is desired, however not required. Candidate must be ServSafe certified.
