Essential Functions and Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Schedule appointments, record keeping and organization, provide estimates and invoices for payment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Respond with compassion and empathy in stressful and emotional situations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and front office area&nbsp;</li>
<li>Willingness to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members&nbsp;</li>

Skills and Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>1+ years' experience in veterinary or medical practice required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience required (retail,&nbsp;food&nbsp;and beverage, etc.)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Computer experience and proficiency required (email usage, word/excel, operation of office equipment such as fax machine, copy machine, and postage meter)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must possess basic math skills to determine proper deposits, make changes, and process payments utilizing credit card and check terminal,&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with clients and team members&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficient time management, ability to solve problems, learn, and handle multiple tasks&nbsp;</li>
<li>Enthusiastic team player with a patient, and positive professional attitude.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to work seated for most of the day&nbsp; </li>
