Job Summary:

Food and Beverage Restaurant Hosts are the first hotel employees to interact with arriving guests as they enter our restaurants; LT Steak &amp; Seafood and The Alley. Hosts welcome the guests by greeting them as per The Betsy standards and responding to customer inquiries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities and Duties Include but Not Limited to the Following:

<li>Makes reservations for guests ensuring the following data is collected: the day required, time they would like to dine, how many in the party, under what name they would like the reservation, phone number and any special occasion or requirements. Once all information is obtained, the host repeats it to the guest using the guests name.</li>

<li>Takes accurate to-go orders from guests and inputs the orders into the POS system.</li>
