Job Description:
- Serve as the face of the community, providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process
- Organize and participate in community outreach and resident events
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive traffic
- Maintain accurate records and support leasing office operations
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with community engagement and event coordination
- Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
