Job Summary
Mobile Staff Solutions is seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in our industrial and manufacturing environments. This role is essential to maintaining productivity, safety, and efficiency across job sites and facilities. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general labor tasks in support of production or fabrication operations
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople and machine operators as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform basic assembly, packaging, or material handling tasks
- Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or quality issues to supervisors
- Complete tasks efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Prior general labor, warehouse, construction, or manufacturing experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and work in varying environmental conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
Safety Requirements
- Must be able to follow OSHA and company safety standards
- Willingness to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, etc.)
- Commitment to working safely at all times
Schedule
- Day, night, and weekend shifts may be available
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
