Position: Electrician Leadman
Pay Range:&nbsp;$27.00 – $32.00/hour
We’re looking for&nbsp;motivated and experienced Electrician Leadmen&nbsp;to join our Martin County job sites. As a Leadman, you’ll work closely with Lead Electricians and Foremen to&nbsp;coordinate, schedule, and execute&nbsp;high-quality electrical work. This is a leadership-support role ideal for someone who’s organized, forward-thinking, and team-oriented.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist in running jobs up to 1,200 hours</li>
<li>Lay out work, schedule tasks, and coordinate materials</li>
<li>Provide direction and mentorship to crew members</li>
<li>Track project progress and assign work appropriately</li>
<li>Utilize tech tools for scheduling and coordination</li>
<li>Ensure job site safety and cleanliness at all times</li>
<li>Maintain a professional and client-friendly attitude</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in the electrical field</li>
<li>1+ year of leadership experience in the field</li>
<li>Must have appropriate tools for the trade</li>
<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.</li>
<li>Florida Construction License preferred.</li>
