The Janitorial Cleaning position is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all building occupants. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

We are looking for 2 people with experience in institutional cleaning who could be a responsible couple for this job, and one of them must be able to speak English. The cleaning schedule may vary between midnight and the hours of 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM. It is a 4-hour job, Monday through Friday.
