Join the HeadPinz Naples team and help us deliver unforgettable daytime experiences!
We’re looking for an outgoing, reliable, and service-focused individual to support our busy entertainment center during daytime hours.
What You’ll Do

Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional first impression.

Assist guests with lane assignments, attractions, and general questions.

Keep bowler areas, game areas, and common spaces clean and guest-ready.

Operate POS and handle payments accurately (cash, card, gift cards, etc.).

Answer phones, provide information, and help guide guests throughout the building.

Promote daily specials, new attractions, food & beverage offerings, and events.

Support a smooth daytime operation by assisting with opening duties and midday resets.

Perform additional tasks assigned by management to keep the center running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For

A friendly, upbeat personality with great communication skills.

Someone who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy daytime hours.

Must be 18 years or older.

Availability between 9AM–5PM, weekday and weekend flexibility required.
