Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Estimator located in Cape Coral, FL. The Commercial Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, managing project budgets, and coordinating with clients and team members. The role also involves assessing roofing needs, preparing cost analysis, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Estimating and Budgeting
- Knowledge of Roofs and Project Management skills
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
- Industry certifications or additional training in roofing systems are beneficial
