Position Overview:
Little Lambs Christian Academy is seeking a loving, patient, and dependable Classroom Aide to support our 2-year-old classroom. This role is ideal for someone who has a heart for young children and a desire to serve in a Christ-centered environment that nurtures both growth and faith during these important early years.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the lead teacher with daily classroom activities
  
  
• Helping supervise children during playtime, meals, and transitions
  
  
• Supporting routines such as diapering, potty training, and nap time
  
  
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
  
  
• Encouraging positive behavior, social development, and age-appropriate learning
  
  
• Supporting Christian values through daily interactions
  
  
• Communicating respectfully with teachers and staff
  
  

Qualifications:

• A genuine love for working with young children
  
  
• Alignment with Christian values and a willingness to support a faith-based environment
  
  
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive, nurturing approach
  
  
• Prior childcare or early childhood experience preferred
  
  
• DCF 40-hour training preferred but not required
  
  
• Must be able to physically care for children, including lifting, bending, and providing active supervision
