This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer (HYBRID)

The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing field service, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Day-to-day tasks include performing preventive maintenance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. They will collaborate with clients to diagnose problems, perform repairs, and provide technical guidance as needed.

Field Service, Preventive Maintenance, and Troubleshooting skills

Technical Support experience and strong problem-solving skills

Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain client relationships

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment

Experience with technical equipment and tools

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred

Experience in the tech industry is a plus

Experience with GE and Siemens models - Specifically, the CT and MRI machines manufactured by GE Healthcare and Siemens Healthineers, which are major brands in medical imaging equipment.
