Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Naples, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract position from January 5, 2026, through May 28, 2026. This role involves working on-site exclusively across various school locations, including elementary and high school settings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students in K-12 autism and other specialized programs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support student progress.
• Conduct assessments and data analysis to guide behavior strategies.
• Provide training and support to school staff on behavioral techniques and approaches.
• Monitor and adjust behavioral interventions as needed to meet student goals.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with K-12 student populations, particularly in autism or behavioral programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites.
• Availability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week on-site.

Location:

• Naples, FL, within Collier County Public Schools.
• Assignments may vary between school sites, including Lake Park Elementary and Barron Collier High School.

This is a contract position for the current school year with a focus on applied behavior analysis within school environments. Candidates must be able to commit to on-site work and flexible scheduling as needed by the assigned school locations.
