We are seeking a Project Manager - Painting - Concrete Restoration to join our team!
You will oversee multiple projects, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee all aspects of the project from award to closing.</li>
<li>Prepare estimates, submittals, change orders, pay applications.</li>
<li>Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors</li>
<li>Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in construction management and concrete restoration high rise buildings.</li>
<li>Familiarity with construction management software, Procore, excel, computer savvy.</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Team Player</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Bilingual</li>
<li>Organized</li>
