As Service Manager, youll oversee daily operations, manage and motivate a team of advisors and technicians, and ensure our customers receive top-tier service. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, dealership experience, and a passion for operational excellence.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in an automotive service department (Toyota or Lexus experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with dealership management software and service lane technology
  • Knowledge of dealership service processes and KPIs (CP RO performance, retention, MPI compliance, etc.)
• Strong focus on efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to recruit, train, and coach service staff
• A hands-on leader ready to build a winning team
