Project Manager HVAC / Mechanical Construction

Job DescriptionSalary: 70K to 75K

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of HVAC and mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple HVAC/mechanical construction projects simultaneously
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teams
• Review project plans, submittals, RFIs, and construction documents
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans
• Track project budgets, labor hours, materials, and change orders
• Lead project meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and jobsite protocols
• Support project closeout, including inspections, punch lists, and turnover packages

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC or mechanical project management
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, ductwork, and piping
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
