SoFlo Customs is looking for a dynamic Finance & Sales Manager to join our West Palm Beach team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with deep finance experience and strong remote transaction capability, who is also comfortable working with customers directly during the sales process and to assist in leading a team of sales professionals;

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and secure auto financing for customers both in-person and remotely

• Execute fully remote transactions (out-of-state buyers, unseen deliveries, e-contracting)

• Present and sell F&I products (warranty, GAP, tire & wheel, etc.)

• Coordinate with banks/lenders for approvals, funding, and compliance

• Assist the sales team in closing deals and structuring offers

• Maintain a high level of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)

• Ensure all deals are compliant and fully funded in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of finance manager experience in automotive retail

• Strong knowledge of e-contracting and digital delivery processes

• Proven ability to handle remote transactions start to finish

• Strong understanding of lease, loan, and extended warranty products

• Exceptional communication, organization, and closing skills

• Must be able to work Saturdays

• Automatrix/Vinsolutions/Dealertrack knowledge a plus
