Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload involving plaintiff personal injury, construction, estate, and/or business litigation.
Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex and high-stakes matters, while also independently managing assigned cases.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts to move cases toward favorable resolution.
Participate in firm strategy sessions and contribute to shaping case direction.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Florida.
3–7 years of litigation experience, ideally with a plaintiff-side focus.
Experience in construction law, personal injury, estate litigation, and/or business litigation preferred.
Strong courtroom, motion practice, and deposition skills.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities.
Driven, detail-oriented, and capable of handling cases from start to finish.
