Job DescriptionTrusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation Associate AttorneyNaples, FLResponsibilities and practiceOur clients Naples office is seeking a mid-level or senior-level associate with excellent experience and academic credentials to join our Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice. Expected responsibilities include:

  • Drafting a broad range of estate planning documents including wills, trust agreements and related instruments
  • Direct and frequent client interaction
  • Advising individuals and families on trust structures and wealth transfer tax strategies
  • Designing business succession strategies
  • Counseling fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts
  • Preparing and reviewing federal estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns
  • General estate, trust and tax-related research and writing
  • Supporting our litigation practice in matters relating to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration

Technical skills

  • At least 4 years of trusts and estates experience is required. Higher levels of experience are also valued and will be considered.
  • Experience drafting key legal documents for trusts and estates matters is required

Other requirements

  • Should be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and be in good standing
