Job DescriptionTrusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation Associate AttorneyNaples, FLResponsibilities and practiceOur clients Naples office is seeking a mid-level or senior-level associate with excellent experience and academic credentials to join our Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice. Expected responsibilities include:
- Drafting a broad range of estate planning documents including wills, trust agreements and related instruments
- Direct and frequent client interaction
- Advising individuals and families on trust structures and wealth transfer tax strategies
- Designing business succession strategies
- Counseling fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts
- Preparing and reviewing federal estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns
- General estate, trust and tax-related research and writing
- Supporting our litigation practice in matters relating to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration

- At least 4 years of trusts and estates experience is required. Higher levels of experience are also valued and will be considered.
- Experience drafting key legal documents for trusts and estates matters is required
Other requirements
- Should be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and be in good standing
