Executive Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated HHA's or CNA's to join our team and provide quality in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities in the Cape Coral, FL area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and the ability to assist with daily living activities, companionship, and light housekeeping.

Afternoon and Evening shifts available- working in clients' homes to assist with ADLs and IADLs to remain living independently and safely.
Shifts available Monday through Friday and on Weekends from 2:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, dishes)
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to family members or supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (but not required)
• CNA, HHA, or relevant certification is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license are required
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed
