Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience in IT asset management systems and databases.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in managing IT inventory lifecycle.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneNote, Outlook, and Windows 11.
• Experience with conducting hardware audits and reconciliation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, track, and manage IT inventory, including surplus.
• Maintain and distribute IT hardware supplies.
• Conduct scheduled hardware audits across various locations.
• Analyze data and generate reports for operational decisions.
• Manage the ServiceNow ticketing system for operations.
• Relocate IT equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs).
• Participate in cross-functional projects.
