Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Engineer to drive the development and implementation of innovative artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers and researchers, leveraging advanced techniques in machine learning and deep learning to create cutting-edge applications that solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI models and algorithms.
- Oversee the implementation of machine learning and deep learning techniques in projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Conduct research to improve and innovate AI methodologies and technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and researchers in AI best practices.
- Analyze and preprocess data to prepare it for model training and evaluation.
- Evaluate the performance of AI models and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy.
- Present findings and solutions to stakeholders and make recommendations for future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong background with C#
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Expertise in algorithm development and data mining techniques.
- Proficient in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and computer vision.
- Experience with natural language processing and statistical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
