Job Details:

• 36 hours guaranteed for 3x12 hour shifts or 40 hours guaranteed for 8/10 hour shifts
\n• Must have scrub experience and 2 years of direct CVOR experience required
\n• Cardiac call required - approximately 6 minimum per month (1 per weekday and 2 weekend shifts, weekends are 24-hour shifts)
\n• May work up to 10 call shifts if facility is short-staffed
\n• Must be able to start call immediately and work with cardiac OR setup
\n• Will perform other cases when no CVOR cases are available
\n• Required to float within scope to meet facility needs
\n• Must be willing to participate in training students and new staff at this teaching facility
\n• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
\n• Must pass EKG and Pharm test during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
\n• Scrub color: Ceil Blue
\n• Charting system: EPIC
\n• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
\n• Must complete time-sensitive modules immediately upon confirmation
\n• 18 beds in unit with daily census of 55-60
\n• Free parking in any unrestricted space
\n• All RTO must be submitted upfront at time of application
