Job Description:
LEAD Staffing is currently seeking experienced Pipefitters/Welders for a project in the Naples, FL area. As a Pipefitter, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of piping systems, ensuring that they are installed and functioning correctly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pipefitter/Welders (5 Years or more)
- Strong knowledge of pipe systems and their components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for pipefitting.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
- All tools of the trade & PPE
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Demo of existing HVAC air handlers.
- Setting/assembly of new HVAC air handlers.
- Piping of new HVAC equipment, (steel and copper).
- Underground piping, (steel and HDPE fusion).
- Refrigerant piping and brazing of DX based HVAC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
