We are seeking an experienced Windows/Azure Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Naples, Florida. This contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, management, and optimization of enterprise-level IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows technologies and virtualization solutions, ensuring the seamless operation of critical systems in a dynamic, service-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments to ensure secure and efficient system operations.
• Manage and configure Windows Server infrastructure to support business applications and services.
• Implement and maintain Citrix technologies to optimize user experience and system performance.
• Perform network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues across systems and platforms.
• Manage and support Exchange environments for reliable email and communication services.
• Administer VMware and server virtualization technologies to enhance scalability and resource utilization.
• Develop and execute scripts to automate routine administrative tasks and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and apply proactive measures to address potential issues.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on system-related challenges.
• Proficient in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Server management.
• Hands-on expertise in Citrix technologies and virtualization solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange configuration and support.
• Solid understanding of network troubleshooting techniques and tools.
• Skilled in VMware and server virtualization technologies.
• Ability to create and utilize scripts for automation purposes.
