Your Role as a Senior Machine Operations Lead
Step into a pivotal position as a Senior Machine Operations Lead during our 2nd shift schedule: Monday - Friday and alternating Saturdays. You’ll wield significant influence over our production journey, ensuring top-notch product integrity while spearheading a skilled team. This role rewards initiative with a wage starting at $22.00 plus a $.50 shift premium and a quarterly bonus potential of 3%. Discover what it means to lead effectively.
Daily Responsibilities
- Drive production excellence, aligning operations with regulation standards and quality benchmarks.
- Mentor the production crew, integrating Maintenance and Quality teams to streamline operations.
- Assess production volume and quality, initiating process enhancements.
- Keep accurate records, tackle obstacles promptly, and uphold a culture of safety.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years experience in a similar industrial setting, preferably in a lead role.
- Completion of high school education or GED.
- Skillful in problem resolution and decision-making with a focus on high standards.
- Communication acumen in both verbal and written form is crucial.
- Experienced in computer operations for accessing and generating reports.
Physical Demands & Environment
- Long periods of standing (up to 12 hours).
- Able to manage weights up to 60 pounds through lifting, pushing, or pulling.
- Work comfortably in temperature-variable environments and amidst noise and fumes.
- Suitable for personal protective equipment (PPE) use.
