Now Hiring: Full-Time Bilingual Clinical Assistant (English/Spanish)
Locations: Sunrise & Coconut Creek
Schedule: Full-Time | Minimum 40 hours per week, Saturday availability required
We are seeking a full-time bilingual Clinical Assistant who is fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, clinically experienced, and demonstrates excellent bedside manner and customer service skills, with the flexibility to work at both Sunrise and Coconut Creek locations, including Saturdays.

Requirements:

• Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish (required)
• Minimum 40 hours per week availability
• Saturday availability required
• Ability to work at both Sunrise and Coconut Creek locations
• Proven experience in venipuncture
• Experience performing EKGs
• Familiarity with specimen processing and handling
• Excellent bedside manner and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing venipuncture and EKGs
• Assisting with specimen collection, labeling, and processing
• Providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Supporting providers and nursing staff with clinical tasks
• Ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and patient safety standards
