Position Summary
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all technology systems and infrastructure across the company’s three brands. This role ensures reliable performance of hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems while managing vendor contracts, cybersecurity, data integration, and system upgrades. The IT Manager will also support internal teams with system access, connectivity, equipment needs, and technical troubleshooting. This is a hands-on, multi-functional position that supports daily business operations and future technology planning. This is a full-time in office position in Fort Lauderdale.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Infrastructure & Support
- Manage all company IT systems including servers, networks, laptops/desktops, mobile devices, and cloud services.
- Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning/deactivating hardware, software access, and user accounts.
- Provide help desk support and issue resolution for staff across all departments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network and hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Oversee system backups, recovery procedures, and cybersecurity practices.
System Administration
- Administer SaaS platforms and key business systems (e.g., HubSpot, Blue Folder, Xero, Cin 7, Paylocity).
- Manage software licenses, user access including distribution lists, and system permissions.
- Coordinate system updates, patches, and new feature rollouts.
IT Vendor Management
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage IT vendor relationships and service contracts.
- Oversee equipment purchasing, asset tracking, and renewals for hardware/software.
Data Integration & Process Improvement
- Support integration across ERP, CRM, and other platforms to ensure smooth data flow.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement technology solutions that improve business operations.
Strategic Planning & Compliance
- Recommend technology upgrades and improvements aligned with business needs.
- Ensure IT policies are up to date and aligned with compliance, data security, and business continuity requirements.
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years in an IT management or system administration role.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows-based systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Blue Folder, Xero, and Cin 7.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs is a plus.
- Proficiency in managing SaaS environments and IT support ticketing systems.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
