ABOUT THE ROLE
- We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our Miami-based team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience working in a commercial general contracting environment and be eager to grow into a long-term role with increasing responsibility. This position will support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout the entire construction lifecycle; from preconstruction through project closeout.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
- Assist with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Track project schedules and assist in maintaining timelines
- Support cost control, budgeting, and invoice processing
- Attend project meetings and assist in producing meeting minutes
- Help manage construction drawings and updates
- Conduct site visits and assist in quality and safety oversight
- Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers as needed
