Job Description

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our apartment homes are in top condition for our residents.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing repairs in:
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Pool maintenance
- Carpentry, drywall, painting
- Appliances and building exteriors
Provide direct support to the Service Supervisor

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to perform physical tasks including:
- Lifting/moving up to 50 lbs (individually or with help)
- Climbing ladders and stairs
- Using hand tools and maintenance equipment
Comfortable using technology (tablets, phones, computers)
