As one of the top home improvement companies in Florida—ranked 20th in the nation by Qualified Remodeler—we are growing and looking for experienced Window and Door Service Technicians to join our team!

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and confident Service Technician with window and door experience to troubleshoot service concerns, perform repairs, and assess installation quality. This role is designed for professionals who can make authoritative decisions under pressure and adapt to changing demands.

This position also provides a defined career path to Quality Control Inspector for those who excel. Those who apply should look to grow within their role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair service concerns on-site; implement solutions confidently and within scope.
  • Assess and document quality issues related to the installation process.
  • Provide timely and detailed service reports.
  • Update and maintain field automation systems and databases.
  • Adhere to company procedures and protocols while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with installation crews and warehouse teams as needed.
  • Be flexible with travel—this role requires occasional travel across Florida to assist in different territories when needed. (All costs reimbursed accordingly)

Requirements

  • Qualifications - Experienced Candidates Only:
    • Required: Service Technician or installation experience with windows and doors (construction backgrounds may be considered).
    • Decision making skills—must confidently assess situations and determine the best course of action.
    • Proficient with hand and power tools, with a strong ability to perform heavy lifting.
    • Tech-savvy—comfortable using virtual software for documentation and reporting.
    • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
    • Dependable, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
