Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator with experience in both small and large construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep construction knowledge, and the ability to work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and project plans to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  
  
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  
  
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure estimates align with project goals.
  
  
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
  
  
• Develop and maintain cost databases, historical data, and pricing standards.
  
  
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting as needed.
  
  
• Attend pre-bid meetings, client presentations, and assist in proposal preparation.
  
  
• Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating (commercial and/or residential).
  
  
• Proficiency in construction management or estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore).
  
  
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  
  
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
  
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Knowledge of project management practices preferred.
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
