Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate 3-axis equipment and will eventually be trained on additional machinery. This role includes machine setup training, ensuring you become a versatile and valuable team member.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, specifically 3-axis equipment.
- Undergo training to set up machines and eventually handle additional machinery.
- Ensure quality parts are produced by following established processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide machine operation.
Essential Skills
- Experience in machine operation, particularly CNC equipment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints.
- Ability to operate and understand the functionality of calipers and micrometers.
- Strong mechanical experience, ideally with lathe experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with various types of machinery is a plus.
- Understanding of mechanical processes and quality standards.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, air-conditioned machine shop environment alongside a dedicated team of 120-150 employees spread across multiple shifts. The facility is well-equipped and designed to provide a comfortable working experience.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.00/hr.
