Gortemoller Engineering is currently seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join their experienced, competitive, and diverse Team of Professionals. As a Civil Engineer, you will support our team in a variety of needs and gain invaluable work experience on projects that will shape the future of Bay County and the Florida Panhandle. Work in our Engineering Design Group supporting multi-discipline designs including traffic, drainage, roadway, and site development, etc. The individual in this position will also support the Design Team and Project Managers. This individual may also conduct permitting research, land development code review, and prepare and submit permit applications. The minimum qualifications for this position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- GE will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization.
- Interested in Open Roads Designer and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D including 3D Modeling
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Must be self-motivated to complete tasks and to learn
- Pass Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam in 6 months.
