Schedule

Full-time (guaranteed 40 hours) and Part-time (guaranteed 29 hours). Preferred open availability. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to shoppers and donors.
• Operate the register, process sales, and maintain accurate cash handling (for cashier roles).
• Receive, sort, price, and prepare donated goods for the sales floor.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the store.
• Restock merchandise, rotate inventory, and ensure the sales floor looks full and inviting.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and company policies.
• Support Goodwill’s mission and core values in all interactions.

What You Need

• A positive, friendly attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn different store functions (training provided).
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25–40 lbs depending on the task.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
