Requirements:

<li>3+ years of experience as a Master Technician with a focus on German vehicles</li>
<li>ASE certification and/or factory training from European automotive manufacturers</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively</li>
<li>Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work</li>
