LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Trusts and Estates Paralegal in Naples, Florida. The idea candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and a strong background in estate administration and probate.
Responsibilities include:

Managing, preparing and filing probate and trust administration documents, including electronic filings, and related notices.

Managing a variety of Probate cases from start to finish, including trust petitions, guardianship and conservatorship matters.

Familiarity with Florida probate rules and procedures.

Experience in preparing and filing estate, gift, and trust tax returns.
Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or relevant work experience.

Excellent organizational, communication, and client-service skills.

Strong research and investigative skills.
-
Ability to work within a larger team of paralegals and attorneys.
-
Proactive approach to managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
