Neurologist (MD/DO) – Neuromuscular Focus | High Procedural Volume | South Florida
Our neurology center is a well-established, physician-led outpatient neurology practice in the treasure coast, South Florida seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist with a strong interest in neuromuscular neurology to join our growing team. While general neurology is an important component of the practice, this position is designed with a heavier emphasis on neuromuscular care and procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for a neurologist who enjoys hands-on procedural work, subspecialty-focused practice, and building a high-quality neuromuscular program within a busy outpatient setting.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient neurology only
• Full-time preferred
• General neurology with a strong neuromuscular emphasis
• No inpatient rounding
• No call
• Established referral base with immediate procedural volume
• Rapid schedule ramp-up
CLINICAL FOCUS
You will practice general neurology while dedicating a significant portion of your clinical time to neuromuscular disorders and related procedures.
Common conditions managed include:
• Peripheral neuropathy
• Neuromuscular junction disorders
• Myopathies
• Radiculopathy and plexopathy
• Movement-related tone disorders
• Spasticity and dystonia
PROCEDURAL & DIAGNOSTIC OPPORTUNITIES
This role offers a high volume of in-office procedures, including:
· Nerve conduction studies (NCS)
· Electromyography (EMG)
· Evoked potentials
· In office IV infusion capability
· Autonomic testing
· Botulinum toxin injections for:
– Dystonia
– Spasticity
– Hemifacial spasm
– Sialorrhea
– Other therapeutic indications
– EMG-guided and ultrasound-guided injections (as applicable)
Physicians with experience or interest in procedural neurology will find significant productivity and professional satisfaction in this role.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
• MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
• Neuromuscular training or strong procedural interest preferred
• Eligible for or currently holding a Florida medical license
• Excellent clinical and patient communication skills
