Job description

We are seeking a Food Safety Technician to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control. This is a full-time role at our facility.

Responsibilities:

§ Conduct daily inspection rounds of all products with team. Provide supplies, measuring instruments and tools to support production. Monitor that SSOP that Forms are up to date.

§ Participate, create and deliver comprehensive test/schedules for assigned projects.

§ Generate and share daily reports for re-inspection of product condition and cooler stock. Implement tests, provide the team with product quality data in order to improve overall quality.

§ Utilize data analysis, experience, judgment, and past actions to make confident and sound independent decisions on routine issues

§ Support the food safety practitioner and fulfilling responsibilities of the SQF program

§ Dealing with third parties’ auditors and yearly audits.

Qualifications:

§ Previous experience in Food Safety/ Food safety is a PLUS

§ Bilingual: English and Spanish Preferred
