Job Summary:
- Sales Professionals are trained to sell new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership, while ensuring customer satisfaction
- RARE Salary + Commission Pay Plan ($36,000 base salary)
- Day to day includes interacting with people, marketing and eCommerce sales, problem solving and teamwork
- Full Time Hours

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Sales and Customer Service
- College Degree, High School Diploma or GED
- Automotive, Hospitality/Retail, Business related field
- Valid Driver's License
- Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to learn web applications for customer management
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
