Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Reach Truck Operator who is flexible with working hours and open to extensive overtime. You will be responsible for operating a Reach Truck forklift in a demanding cold storage environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate Reach Truck forklifts in a storage cooler with temperatures as low as minus 20 degrees.
- Pick and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure safety and compliance with operational procedures at all times.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience operating Reach Truck forklifts.
- Familiarity with Crown forklifts and Reach Truck operations.
- Ability to work in extremely cold environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
- Adaptability to varying work schedules and overtime demands.

Work Environment
The work environment is a fast-paced food distribution center located in Medley. The facility has cold conditions ranging from 40 to 45 degrees in the front area, while the back area where you will primarily work is maintained at minus 20 degrees. Safety is a top priority, and you will be required to wear steel-toed boots and appropriate gear to manage the temperature.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Medley, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
