We are proud to operate a modern, state-of-the-art facility featuring the latest dental technology including digital x-rays, Trios scanner and pano/CBCT Imaging. Position Type: Full-Time
Position Hours: Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-5pm (Lunch: 12pm-1pm)
Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality patient care. The Dental Assistant will play a key role in supporting our doctor and ensuring an efficient, positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a full range of dental procedures, including general, cosmetic, and specialty treatments
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments according to sterilization and infection control protocols
- Capture and process high-quality dental radiographs (X-ray certification required)
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our digital system
- Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams to support seamless office operations
Qualifications
- Dental X-ray certification required (Florida)
- Basic clinical dental assisting experience is required; however, we are open to training the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude (New or upcoming Dental Assisting graduates are welcome to apply!)
- Excellent computer and communication skills required
- Experience with Dentrix software preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain composure in a dynamic environment
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
