- Need to have:
- Experience with AI/ML models from POC to production
- eCommerce Experience
- Experience creating technical roadmaps
- 3 years of management
- Great presentation skills
- Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring alignment.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including hands-on development and leadership roles (Ideally Java environments)
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, ideally in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment (e.g., banking, e-commerce, DevSecOps).
- Experience with scalable architectures, cloud platforms, and transactional applications.
