Job Description:
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bellman in our prestigious hotel located in the vibrant Brickell area of Miami. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual who is committed to providing outstanding guest service and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and assist with luggage, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Escort guests to their rooms, familiarizing them with hotel amenities, services, and facilities.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously, offering local information and recommendations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized lobby, front entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any specific needs.
- Assist in managing guest arrivals and departures, providing efficient valet parking services when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of bell carts, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management to support hotel operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/lower heavy luggage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
