Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend appropriate services
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with state barbering regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on the latest grooming trends and techniques
- Promote retail products and additional services
- Manage appointments and walk-in clients efficiently
- Uphold shop standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer care
Requirements:
- Valid state-issued Barber License
- Proven experience as a barber or recent graduation from an accredited barber program
- Strong technical skills in cutting, shaving, and grooming
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Established client base
- Experience with straight razor shaves
- Bilingual or multilingual a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and appointment booking software
