Job Summary:

As the Service Manager, you will oversee daily service operations, manage and support technicians, ensure compliance with industry standards, and help drive performance and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with experience in pest control and a passion for team development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of pest, lawn, termite, and insulation technicians

• Monitor route performance and ensure timely, effective service delivery

• Conduct regular field audits, ride-alongs, and quality control checks

• Train, coach, and mentor service team members to meet performance goals

• Manage scheduling, routing, inventory, and equipment needs

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company safety standards

• Handle escalated customer issues and work to maintain high satisfaction levels

• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and administrative teams

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Promote a positive team culture and uphold company values

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the pest control industry; management experience preferred

• Valid pest control licenses/certifications (preferred or required by state)

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Working knowledge of lawn care, termite, and TAP insulation services is a plus

• Proficiency in route management and service software

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
