BECOMING OUR APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - HANDYMAN
This position typically works Monday through Friday as well as some Saturdays. You'll also be on-call on a rotating schedule for possible maintenance emergencies.
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician - Handyman, you will swiftly address maintenance requests, ensuring resident satisfaction and comfort. Your role includes meticulous preparation of units for occupancy, grounds and common area upkeep, and prompt resolution of after-hours emergencies. Upholding safety standards and ensuring cleanliness will be integral components of your daily responsibilities.
All that you need to excel in this role is the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience
- HVAC Certification is needed
