Commerical Property Manager

Excellent opportunity for motivated Property Manager with commercial experience to join growth-oriented team!

YOUR BACKGROUND

Strong experience as a Commercial Property Manager in a commercial property.
Class A building experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communications.
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new programs.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY

Oversee busy, high-end commercial office property
Supervise property staff
Handle budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
Oversee construction projects
Ensure rents and fees are current
Promote retention of tenants
Hire and train new employees
Invoice review and approvals
