<p>We are seeking a PIP Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.</p>
<p>THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct research to support legal proceedings</li>
<li>Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents</li>
<li>Draft motions and pleadings. including discovery</li>
<li>Draft notices</li>
<li>Schedule depositions and mediations</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned by the manager or department head</li>
</ul>
<p>​<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a PIP paralegal preferred</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and multitask</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
