Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Serving K-12 schools in Fort Myers, FL, this full-time School Psychologist role offers the opportunity to support a range of students across varied school settings. The position involves testing, report writing, and participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing directly to student evaluation and support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
- Write detailed evaluation reports based on assessment findings
- Collaborate in IEP meetings to develop and review student support strategies
- Manage caseload that may include itinerant assignments across multiple schools
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Department of Health Psychologist license required
- Experience in school-based psychological assessments preferred
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Ability to handle a diverse caseload and work independently
Additional Details:
- Location: Fort Myers, FL
- Commitment: Contract through June 1, 2026, with a start date ASAP
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 35 hours per week
