Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, and manage construction projects
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project development
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage project teams and allocate resources effectively
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management software
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
- Experience in commercial construction; additional experience in Ground Up, Healthcare, Retail, Industrial, K-12, and office buildings is a plus
